I am thinking of how to improve my conditioning.
I have went over a lot of things and most of them cause more pain then good and effect how much I can train but I do think that jumping rope will be the key. I think it builds both core and cardio and you can do it quickly. I think 20 minutes a day of jumping rope will make me better at Jiu Jitsu.
Also on a Side not I am really excited to see the finals of American Ninja Warrior. Those guys (and lady) are just incredible. They are super fit have super balance and really are doing things that most of us can only imagine doing. I can't wait to see what the Vegas course will look like. Mt. Midoriyama should be a challenge for all but I have a couple of favorites in the competition and I hope one of them finishes the course. Good luck to all the competitors.
